ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a part-time software developer with web programming and development experience to design, develop, and maintain a new system to further expand our capabilities. The system will provide web access to external and internal users to administer surveys, access reports, and create development plans. This person will have responsibility for system development and maintenance, as well as some internal office IT and network management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience with PHP and/or Ruby is required. Experience with PERL and MYSQL is helpful. Other skills include debugging, code documentation, a quick learning curve, ability to integrate and understand how the components interact with existing code, and good organization. Solid work ethic and entrepreneurial drive are musts.

Previous related programming experience and/or relevant education is required.

HOURS AND SCHEDULE
This position will begin ASAP. This position is part-time. Work hours are flexible, on a part-time schedule of 15-25 hours per week, depending on availability and business need.

STARTING PAY
$15.00- $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, plus bonus potential.
