Small media-production company looking for developer(s) to create an application to be used for creating web-based forum/bulletin board sites.

Our aim is to create an out-of-the-box application that web developers could use to build forums and bulletin boards.

Developer(s) should have experience with web architecture, cross-platform applications, database structure, and user-interface design.

Important elements include: basic forum/bulletin board structure, with corresponding database functionality; customizable user interface; allowing end-users to tag, categorize and search messages; cookies; web security.
